Abstract:

Human resource is one of the basic factors that reflect the level and quality of the country's sustainable development. However, the quality of human resources in Ho Chi Minh City is still inadequate both in terms of physical strength, professional qualifications as well as awareness, behavior, labor discipline, competitiveness... In the coming time, to overcome the above problems, a system of solutions should be synchronously implemented.
